Fastest way: in the app

Open Me → Data → Delete account. This removes your account and everything in it straight away. If you can no longer open the app, use the form below.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, business details, logo, tax and payment settings.
• Your customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, chat messages, photos and notifications.
• Your device notification tokens and sign-in link to your Google or Apple account.

What we may keep, and for how long

• Subscription and billing records, as required by tax and accounting law (up to 8 years). These are held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat; we only keep the record that a subscription existed.
• A minimal record of your deletion request and consent history, to prove we complied (up to 3 years).
• Backups are overwritten within 35 days.

Important: if your customers already signed a quote, they keep their own copy of the signed PDF they were sent. Deleting your account removes our stored copy.

Not a truequote user, but a tradesperson sent you a quote?

The tradesperson decides what is in your quote. To have your details removed, use this form with the email address the quote was sent to. We will remove or anonymise your details across the account of the tradesperson, unless law requires them to keep the record.
